I'm looking to get my hands on a dual head (both CRT) half height agp card (could be pci). I'm going to duals at work, but the computer only takes half height cards. Any suggestions. It doesnt have to be the fastest card as its only for word processing, excel, and SAP
Brazen, what is the feature you are talking about on that SonicWall...ie what is the feature called so I can find something to do it.....it sounds like SonicWall is a Linux embedded device, so I would like to know what the feature is called so I can look for it in other products as well
Thanks
How would I do that? Yes I'm an idiot. Basically there is only a couple of domains that they need to ever access. I was trying to make it via a hardware firewall solution so that they can't access it/change the parameters, but if i was to do it locally like you suggest, how would I do what...
Basically I'm looking for a way to only allow access on various network computers to only go to certain domains. Some of our applications are internet based and as such we can't just block the whole net.
Any ideas on what kind of hardware is out there that I can set up a table of allowable...
Well guess what. The power grid is in the hands of the power company.....so tell me who is liable.....no one power company is liable for it all. If all the power companies did what they should have to protect the nations power supply they each would have had safeguards in place wich obviously...
I just bought a laptop...a Toshiba 3480....its so small there is no cd or floppy drive...but i have a network card.....any thoughts on how to install an operating system via a network card? Or any thoughts on how to install the network card itself without any cdrom or floppy drive attatched, or...
Anyone know if the keyboards that laptops use...you know the built in ones built into them..not the external ones. If i trace the lines on them do you think it will be a standard PS2 pinout (i know they're ribbon cables not PS2 connectors), but if i was to play with it, would i be able to...
the rebate center is lying. and in reality its their obligation to repay their debt to you. Even if someone else cashed it...the bank that cashed it is the one liable because they obviously didnt have ID. Good luck, its going to be a trip.
I'm looking at putting together a cheap winamp machine in a briefcase for my car, I'm interested in NLX form factor motherboards....i guess i just want to know if any NLX riser card will work with any NLX motherboard....and what kind of PS do i need to use?
Thanks
OK, i have a laptop that uses a K6-2 processor at 266...so of course its got a 66 bus and 4x multiplier. I can run core voltages from 3.3-1.8V with an I/O of 3.3. I don't think i can increase the multiplier on the board. Does anyone know if there is an internally multiplied (i thought there...
Yep, thats how its supposed to be used. The reason it can't go through the USB is the design of the enclosure. The enclosure is basically a generic IDE-->USB2 interface...thats why you can slap a HD in there if you want. But all CDROMs have an audio out connector, and this was the easiest way...
Is the power supply AMD approved. I had a similar situation once.....my computer would run for days, and then then when i restarted it, it took many tired to get it to work....changed out the power supply and havent looked back since.
OH, i know that my cousin's board is running a P3 slot 1 at 550MHZ before the flip-chip era. I also know the board is supposed to be a variant of the Intel Seattle series board. I want to know if i can simply throw a s370 FCPGA celery 900MHZ in a slocket into the board and fire it up? I...
the other rust spot is the metal fenders over the rear wheels....they dont drain water that well from the rear tires and the metal fenders will rust out very easily....check that out
The mx-3 will never be fast....well not without dumping too much money on it.....just live with the car as is right now and save some money for another car for when you graduate and have a real job.
chech your PM on the 1996
go to www.bigbronco.com
they are a great source of info on the bronco
About the 1989-up bronco be careful on the auto trans.....they are prone to failure ~120K miles. Also make sure the ignition switch has been replaced....they like to catch on fire
Indianapolis area stores that have them are marked 199 for clearance....no 20$ wireless routers here. Went to the 3 stores that had them still. No luck
I'd rather pay the dealer for a muffler than Meineke........hell you can usually buy a new exahust and put it on yourself for the cost of one trip to Meineke.
Nope, MB doesnt recognize it as 80, it sees 32, The MB is the MSI 694T pro.....its a new MB with tualatin support so I have a hard time seeing it being the MB not capable of supporting it
My new IBM GXP 120 80GB HD thinks its a 32GB drive. It is most likely my own fault. During initial installation i was fdisking it and i shut off the computer thinking i would just let the winXP install disk do it for me. Well it now thinks its 32GB. I've tried to delete the partition and it...
This is an awesome price guys. When I was wholesaling SUN montors a year ago i paid 150 for the same thing in lots of 10......this price is smoking and has 2 15 pin inputs on it......this is sweet
wow, looks like i'm going to be in a dillema then. I bought a new retail 1.2A being stupid not realizing a cheap slocket exists for it.....this is going to be harder than i thought
Can anyone reccommend a cheap MB that will be used for a Tualatin celery 1.2A chip. I'm just looking for a cheap MB to throw in an older gateway box.
Brands/Prices would be appreciated
I could care less about being searched. In fact i think it needs to be done more often because obviously airport security isn't 100% yet. I'm willing to be inconvienenced a little to protect me as well as protect the counless lives that a plane could endager. If you dont like it take...
This is a very good deal, in fact what i want to see is if other people's software works on this. I have a OBDII interface i got for 82$ and i like this interface better. Does this one log data if you want it to? I love how cheap OBDII scanners are now, we can finally find out what is busted...
Brasscat, why dont you have your card number changed, it would be easier than reversing a charge every month

Dont look at me, I didnt change it.....most likely anandtech got scared by lawyers again, but can you can't blame the mods its a "free" board they can do what they want
My point is simply that I specifically opted out of the "free card" promotion because i read all the fine print when I'm buying stuff, and yet I got charged, I have no problem if I was an idiot and didnt read the fine print, but it pisses me off when I specifically opt out of this crap and...
