I wish, but I hate ebeggars in particular.

That s a lame excuse, i dont think that he asked you for some money, and overall people who create fakes to undermine other people are just even more baseless than the ones they re targeting.

Guess that it s all about overinflated egos of some punks who are envious of one s fame, whatever his credibility.
All this shouldnt exist in technicaly motivated forums, that s just children s games.

On the contrary, this has ended up being quite the informative experience as to MLID's vetting process and how he publishes info. We now know a couple of things to keep in mind for the future:

1. While he superficially does ask for credentials from his sources, you don't have to say much to get him to trust you. The person who contacted MLID for this "leak" pretty much just said "I don't wanna, just trust me bro" after MLID asked for credentials.

2. We also now know that MLID artificially inflates the number of sources and what they actually claim to make it seem like he knows more than he actually does.

3. He happily believes "sources" that legitimately don't even make sense. Look at "source 3" in that "Zen 5 IPC Leak" section of the video. Take a real good read through what is actually said there. This last source is a good indication that's very susceptible to confirmation bias. By posting what that source claims MLID's effectively admitted this guy told him one thing to start, and now that rumours suggesting otherwise have begun to surface (e.g. clock increase for Zen 5 rather than regression), that "source" has entirely changed their tune and essentially taken back every single thing they first claimed, and even thrown an extremely vague IPC prediction on top, conveniently enough so MLID can cover his bases in case it actually is higher than he first thought.

Lol, is that some AI left speachless..?..

We ll know more once AMD publish their uarch diagram and how it compare with the one displayed by MLID a few months ago.

At this point that s the only theorical and eventualy genuine info we got in one year, i m still waiting for some slides of yours or from anybody pretending being in the know, look like those slides made a lot of people suddenly and curiously more knowledgeable than what they were beforehand.

I dont think he has the enginering knowledge to understand what it is all about even if he happen to have some genuine info, i take it as proof that he didnt even
try to explain the uarch slide and extract some conclusions from the enhancements, as if he needed someone to do the job for him, as said we ll know what it is about once AMD display the uarch diagram.

I wish people would stop watching that bozo so he doesn't get monetization by spewing fecal matter. People can't help themselves it seems. Hopefully this will change some minds.

3.MLID can cover his bases just in case.

1. Because he can't vet lol
2/3. I remember him saying, for multiple times in fact, there were late late night conversations with his sources. If this isn't an overcompensation I don't know what is.

Dude has legit infos, especially in regard to intel stuff but it's so old. His amd infos/leaks is garbage though

New cope just dropped:

"It's come to my attention that a picture in my recent video is fake. However, every quote in said video took input from long-term sources that insist it's correct. Thus, I've decided to pull the pic, but leave the video up. I apologize for my mistake, but stand by what remains. Any overlap in the remaining Zen 5 IPC video with some trolling operation, is just that – overlap with the truth."

I keep coming to this thread because firmware which supports Zen 5 is apparently/allegedly in the wild. And shipping manifests suggesting test chips have been moving for sometime. So where are the board partner leaks?

You're being dumb.
In case you somehow didn't get it, we suckered the primadonna e-beggar into showcasing he doesn't cross-check any info he gets for validity.
It's funny.

Beggar or not in his case I d like to know in wich payroll yourself are actually registered, that s all good to talk but so far he was the first to provide a uarch diagram pointing to 6 ALUs.
I dont remember anyone else providing some info in this respect, including you of course.
As for branding someone dumb it is some aknowledgement that something dit hit the right nerve, insults being the last resort for whom is of bad faith.

Zen5 data has been floating since May'23, most people are just smart enough to not post it in public.
Really simple!

Seems that infos began floating once he published the relevant slide, suddenly a lot of people who were cluless became knowledgeable, there were no info prior to this slide, just wild speculations, you are rewriting history to prop up your own narrative.

It will not. You completely miss the appeal of MLID.
He isn't popular because his leaks are accurate, or his technicals sound, or his consistency.
He is popular and will keep being popular because he's a good vulgarizer. Someone who's capable at taking something complicated and explaining it to the masses. And he's a content creator in the most basic sense. He just manages to get a conversation going around tech subjects.

As long as it is extremely technically competent people who are trying to use extremely solid technical arguments to dislodge a guy whose main job is to tell a story in a coherent enough and pleasant enough way, it is going to keep running. Clowning on him probably will have more effect, but it won't really change much of anything as to why he's popular.
Troll him all you like, clown on him, it'll hurt his rep, but not his business.

ALU and AGU count were already public from compiler changes 3 weeks ago. DisEnchantment even posted a summary soon after in this thread. Making a uarch diagram match known information is easy...
