An affront to all mankind!

You'd think Heinz would have more sense but clearly Europe or specifically Belgium love that stuff.. they dip their fries in mayo!

Then again cornbread, buttermilk, biscuits and gravy (southern style) is yucky.. give me New York pizza over that shit anyday!

Mayo is a fine base for many sauces, though I'd recommend kewpie mayo for most purposes. Not sure why you'd target American BBQ audiences specifically... but I could make a pretty solid sriracha mayo that would taste good on shoe leather, so bring it on.

The funny thing is that isn't even real Sriracha what American's love and use.

The name is stolen from a Chili sauce which is a whole lot more sweeter and spicier.

When I was in Thailand.. I happened to see a favorite food available in just about every restaurant is rice and pork stuffed omelette with that chili sauce on top. Yum!

Eh, I love cornbread, buttermilk pancakes, buscuits and gravy.

No wonder you think NYC is not safe, your brain is messed up.

So like omurice? Sweet heat would work for that dish.

Shrug, chilis aren't native to Thailand anyhow. Everything is relative, and sriracha is delicious, even if it isn't spicy.

Never had it. Suspect won't like it.
They're wonderful with lots of butter. Learned to love them when going to tech school in Atlanta. $1.99 breakfast special, grits included. It can be a reversed New England breakfast, instead of donuts and oatmeal, toast and grits.

I think the best snack on Earth is Samosa. Discovered it in my travels.. million times better than empanadas (which are similar and something I used to like originally)

Since we have quite a lot of Indian restaurants just about everywhere.. they're not that hard to find but it is hard to find someone who knows how to make it well and serves it fresh. I absolutely hate the refried or cold variety... that feels like eating a hard cement block.

I suppose you can say the same about Chinese food.. not all restaurants make it quite the same so you have to try quite a few to find the one that you like.

Oh and.. speaking of my travels..

I've had Mcdonalds, wendys, burgerking,
I've had in-n-out, white castle, carls jrs,
I've had five guys and some other burgers
But the best burger I've ever tasted was in Japan called a Shogun burger from McDonalds.

Some special teriyaki sauce but they fucking nailed it.

I wish they'd offer it here stateside.

I like polenta, throught grits was runnier?
Same ingredient; corn. Different texture. Polenta is like a thick, brownie-like consistency. Depending on who makes your grits and how much butter they use it is quite thinner.
