Beyond time to throw this orange bitch in the can. Judges have demonstrated superhuman restraint in dealing with this treasonous asshole, who thinks he's above the law and entitled to the intimidation and endangering of witnesses/jury.

Are we almost there? I feel like the ice is about to break under his bloated, diapered ass

“Your silly, pedantic little laws do not apply to me. I am King Donnie the Twice Impeached. I am above ALL your laws.”

Boo, Mr German, boo. Seems pretty disingenuous to pretend the US security apparatus seeing your data is no different than the CCP doing it. There's the small matter of Pacific hegemony and the post WWII world order to consider, also there are judges and some oversight involved when the Feds do it.

Maybe I'd be less inclined to disagree with this if the US didn't currently have a treason and insurrection problem. Also big espionage problem, made exponentially worse by 2016-2020.

I grew up n Mass. during the 50s and 60s when the stupid “blue laws” had most businesses closed on Sundays.
Same time period in NC, hard core bible belt state.

Blue laws did allow you to buy food, and necessities to prepare food. You could buy paper towels, but not toilet paper.

Trump probably expects the jury, and the judge to stand for him when enters the courtroom.

We had blue laws in PA until 1962. The borough of Swarthmore remains a dry town.
Delaware had whipping on the books as a punishment until 1972,

In the province of Ontario, everything was closed on Sundays except variety stores, gas stations, fast food and sit down restaurants. This stopped in the late 1980's.

Liquor and Beer stores were closed on Sundays as well.

All stores were closed on Boxing Day (December 26) here as well. With big fines for those who opened. The stores would do so much business that the fines didn't matter too much. A local fur coat store received a fine around $20,000 but made more than triple that on that day. In 1996 a court decision said the law was unconstitutional and stores have been be open since then.

I didn't think it was a fair comparison on equal footing either, though I do agree to some point. It's obviously an overgeneralization/simplification of the issue, but it's been concerning (to me, anyway) since the Patriot Act was signed into law. The overstepping is the issue IMO.
