So are the NICs set to 10-half in their settings (NIC properties in network settings)? Or are they set to autosense too?

What brand are the NICs? Are they 10/100, or just 10? Are they set to autonegotiate the speed and duplex, or are they set to 10-half? Are you sure the SMC switches are 10/100 autosensing?

Is it possible to assign terminal service client in a GPO?*Update*YES

I'm not sure about the GPO, but you can pull the software off of X:\WINNT\system32\clients\tsclient\win32\disks\disk1. ie: start->run-> \\server\admin$\system32\clients\tsclient\win32\disks\disk1\

formatting with FAT32 over 32GB partition?

MS is insisting that you use NTFS for such a large drive (>32GB). "Insisting" is a dubious word in this situation too. It's more like forcing you to use NTFS. If you really really want to use FAT32, you gotta use fdisk from Win9X.

LOL. ICA is pretty sweet if you're on a LAN. Are you on a LAN, or over a WAN link? Is that the server specs or the workstation specs? Out of the box, ICA is fast over a LAN.

800Mbits of bandwidth using port trunking on an SMC switch?

The trunking they show is with a total of four ports. Since each port is 200Mbps (100 full duplex), 4x200=800Mbps. You can't get more than 100Mbps on one connection in one direction, but between the swtiches, yes there is 800 Mbps. Looks like, from their pdf, you could have just two ports...
