Questions about a Dewalt combo set

The impact driver is much faster for driving screws and can drive bolts that would stop your drill. The 1-2 are speed settings for the drill, and the 1-15 are torque settings to prevent over-driving screws.

How to mitigate oil based primer smell?

I guess it depends what chemicals the scrubber can handle. Maybe worth a try though, I've gassed my own house with oil based primer before, it smelled awful for 3 days.

Ventilate the room with a fan out a window. Not great for winter depending on location, but I'm not sure what else you can really do.

Lawn Mower Recommendations?

Those Honda HRR216 mowers are quite good. I've got a couple with 200-300 hours still running great, this would be equivalent of 10-15 years mowing one ordinary lawn.

The timer will be fine with 95psi, but you can put the regulator between tap and timer as long as the threads are correct. Definitely pay attention to the GPM rating on the emitters and adjust your watering accordingly. The good news is there is no spray or wetting of leaves at all with drip...

There is no such thing. I get what you are suggesting and it makes sense if you only consider the customer's costs and experience. That's not how the world works. Contractors already work in a competitive environment and have to price competitively unless they are ridiculously in demand...
