So I'm looking to build an ITX setup and would like to replace my HD 4670 512MB, with something that has the same capabilities but uses significantly less power/wattage. I game at 720p and the 4670 plays everything I need it to play at 60fps or more.
Any suggestions or recommendations?

Your links are misleading. The only Amazon seller that has it for ~$180 isn't a store and its pre order basis, which is weird. The Microcenter link is for in store pick up only. Not everyone has access to a Microcenter.
I've been playing around with Linux Lite, it feels snappy on an old AMD 3800+ machine I have. It is based on 12.04 LTS as well.

Just make sure it comes with the needed component cable. For example, the description says the component cable is not included with this video card

So you would need this cable...
"D-Sub" still refers to a VGA connection. You need the transcoder I linked above, to go from VGA to HD component, 480p (640x480), 720p (1280x720). You won't be able to do 1080i unless you have "Powerstrip" software and can set custom timings and resolutions.
You will need a VGA to Component transcoder, a simple VGA to Component cable will not do the job. This will only work if you have an HD CRT. If it is an SDTV you will need something like a VGA/HDMI to S-Video transcoder.
Yes, with additional transcoder like this one...
I picked up a Corsair H80 from Fry's and was able to test stability @4GHz. unfortunately the only way I could have decent temps was to have the H80 at full blast, which is way too noisy. I'll stick with my Hyper 212+ and dial back the GHz.
The only drop of speed I have noticed is negligible while in "Slow Mode" @ 3.85GHz, this is primarily a video encoding machine. My Handbrake benchmark dropped from 270fps to 268fps, Cinebench score dropped from 9.91pts to 9.85pts.
I've been able to up the BCLK to 223 by upping the PCIE...
I lowered the QPI Data Link Rate to "Slow Mode" and was able to bump the BCLK to 220. I'm going to wait to get an H80 before I test stability at x18 because there is no way my Hyper 212+ will keep this chip cool at 3.96Ghz.
From what I've read, lowering the QPI Data Link Rate will significantly...
At first I couldn't get it to post no matter what I tried, luckily I have a chip programmer and the eeprom on the Asus Sabertooth is socketed. I removed the chip and grabbed the latest bios from the Asus site (1402). Once it was programmed, I was greeted with the Asus startup screen and began...
I got my Asus Sabertooth X58 and L5639 in over the weekend and spent most of tonight OC'ing it.
3.85GHz (214x18), 1.275v Vcore, 1.33v QPI, and BIOS version 1402
BCLK would not post any higher regardless of voltage or CPU ratio setting
Full load Linx using a Hyper 212+ it hits 69C, a few times...
