Ok, so i have used page file sizes in the past, but never with this much ram. I understand the let windows manage it part. Which HD should i designate?

So what are opinions on this subject. I have 2gb of DDR400 ram in dual mode. 4x512mb running at 200mhz So, i have a 150gb c: drive ATA <OS is here a 300gb media drive, SATA and a 150gb 'programs' drive ATA

Hard Drive - cant access data

The OS ins freshly installed on a completely different HD. The two HD's we are talking about are plugged in, but not OS drives. What do you recommend for data recovery?

I totally understand what your saying. But initially I used the RAID. I dont know know alot about raid. I dont really know if it was 0. It was the only drive, and all i did was change the bios to RAID, instead of non-raid. I didnt do anything else except install XP. At that time the whole 300...

Well, let me see if i can explain this clearly. The mobo has two choices for SATA. Raid, or non-raid. In non-raid, the mobo sneses it as a SATA drive and when you run the XP install disk, it just appears in the list, but only with 130gb. The other option is Raid. When you use this, after the...

Ok, heres the deal. PC took a dump the other day. I screwed it up more trying to get it back up. I two hard drives i need data from. One is a WD IDE 120gb. When I plug it into any PC that has an os, it shows up under admin tools, but not My Computer with the name still (Media), no drive letter...

Screen corruption after Windows loading screen, xp pro

Just GoBack, which now says its corrupt, and the windows restores, which dont work. But isnt it weird that i can get into safe mode? With networking?

I recently used GoBack to try to...go..back..lol and now I am having issues botting into windows. I get a really awful screen corruption, colors and lines, and then it locks up. SOmetimes it just locks at the windows loading screen. Any ideas? I can get into safe mode though. And i have used...

Mem speeds 939dual-vsta

I read the same thing about the vcore. Take a screenshot of your mem settings for me! let me know if your are running a 'matched' pair of sticks and if you are in 'dual' mode at startup. Thanks!

I know, its an older board. lol Whats the biggest CPU I can run on this with the most recent BIOS? Currently I am running an unlocked Athlon XP 2500+. I am not OC'ing so just the biggest 'stock' chip size would help. Thanks guys.
