Yeah, 4 10's are great. I work in a NOC. 7am-4pm M-F usually (on call always) One of the benefits of being the supervisor is that you get to cover the call in's that happen occasionally :P

Working the whole weekend, and behold one of the shift leads called in sick for graveyard shift so I get to work a 17hr shift today yay!! (no, really I need the money)
On the bright side I get to watch the FIFA final in 3D in the morning :P

I make good money no degree (network operations supervisor) but 10 years experience. If you had 1yr experience and could do the job no one would care.
