It was bad card memory ... I got it exchanged and was given a GeForce2 Pro 32 Mbts. It now works great.

I have an Asus133 with a Tbird 900 running at 1 Giga (133 x 7.5). I have set the core voltage jumper to 1.775/1.80 volts. So far it hasn't crashed or froze. I was wondering if there is a better program to test its stability. Maybe, I could even lower the core voltage, and have the CPU run a...

Any adverse consequences running CAS3 RAM at CAS2 ?!

I have SiSoft Sandra 2001 and it says CL2 up to 100 MHz and CL3 up to 133 MHz. I have also run the Burn Test for several hours on Sandra 2001 and so far I haven't had a freeze or crash. Thanks for all the feedback ...

Any adverse consequences running CAS3 RAM at CAS2 ?!

I have 256 Mbts of CL3 PC133 Micron Memory. So far, it runs fine in my Asus A7V133 at CL2, without any stability issues. Is there any adverse consequence for running it in CL2 Mode, such as corruption of data or harm to any components ?

Leadtek WinFast GeForce2 GTS doesn't like the VIA KT133x chipset ?!!

How to run my CPU @ 133 ??

Can you take the motherboard back to where you got it from and have it returned and demand the problem gets corrected ? If you got the A7V133, how did you determine you had the wrong North Bridge Chipset? Did you take the fan out ? Does it say KT133 and not KT133A at the bottom of the screen...

A7V133 and S2K strength and 4x AGP

Me too .... on some of these functions, Asus didn't explain at all their significance. I have a problem with a Leadtek GeForce2 GTS (blue vertical lines and dots) and S2K Strength seemed to help.

Which Duron to Get?

I've read the majority of Duron 800's can easily get to 1 Giga. I have a Duron 800 and it works stable at 1050 MHz.

Asus A7V133, Any Conflicts With RAID and Sound Cards or is it fine?

I have an Asus A7V133 with the Promise chip enabled to just ATA100 (not the Raid feature), but the resources used by this chip, that would conflict with a sound card should be the same in Raid or ATA100 configuration. With this setup I have no sound problems.
