I would like to remote desktop into my computer from outside of my network. I know that i need to set up the firewall and port forwarding on my router, but how do i tell what my ip address is for my computer? like i can tell what it is when i go to myip websites thru Google, but its the same...

Wondering if you could explain what you said about the chipsets, what the difference is? do you think it worth me buying a seperate video card to keep heat and sound down? cause a seperate none fan video card would put significantly less stress on the motherboard?

I have tried that a few times and it has never worked. everytime after reboot the aim wont come back up when i try to click on it. Any one else have this problem? Any one else solve this problem?

How did you get 5.9 to work? i installed it, it worked for a little while then everytime i tried to start it, nothing would happen. I checked the processes and it was in there but nothing was happening.

I dont want to do a dual boot becasue i only really need to use one operating system. I am just looking for some advise on which one i should use. I have the home basic and it seems lik the computer takes forever to load, and to shut down is that vista or is that the computer? any ideas?
