Only on a few states if any. Allot of states make it random (or at least random with the two major parties as the top two) because there is evidence at least for races lower on the ballot being actually can provide a slight advantage in how some (apparently way too impulsive) people vote.

What if the new Supreme Court with the 6th conservative judge rules in mid-Nov mail-in ballots dont count and Trump wins the election because of that?

That would be a straightforward version of an illegal coup with clearly not legitimate intervention by the Supreme Court to try to legitimatize it, and the public etc. should respond accordingly...

He's literally on tape doing this, so there is nothing to dispute unless you're going to insist nothing Trump said makes him look bad. (Basically Trump sometimes ends up saying stuff which ends up incriminating him.)

Covid 19: Why release prisoners early?

To cover a really obvious point, masks can't be used 100% of the time when eating or drinking for example. Having to wear a mask pretty much 24/7 is also a bigger ask than just at school which is likely to lead to additional compliance issues. There still could be benefits, but if prisoners...
