Thanks. I'll try those things. I have MMC 8.9 and the latest catalyst drivers so that's not the problem. Does anybody have other suggestions or has anybody encountered the same problem? Nothing is overclocked and the RAM is very conservatively clocked (SPD). I don't have anything in PCI slot1...

I ran the test and got 8 errors, is this no big deal? I'm running it because my new computer randomly freezes and I suspect it might be the memory. Does most good RAM have this many errors? I get the errors in the same places on tests 3 and 5, so I know it isn't heating or any other components...

Okay, I have the 200GB Maxtor SATA drive and ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe. I set my new computer up and the bios showed it as 200GB. Then I set up XP and during setup it said the drive was 130GB but I proceeded anyway formatting with NTFS. Now, in XP it shows as 130GB. So I flashed the bios with the...

heh, I know that... but would you guys switch anything, like a WD 200GB instead of the Maxtor, different 2.1 speakers, bigger P/S, different heatsink/fan, etc.. I'm just throwing out my choices for criticism. And no, I don't want want to spend any more money. :)

Uhoh... I think I ordered the wrong P/S I got a Coolermaster 201 case, which has 4 fans, I also have a HD, and 2 DVD/CD Drives, in addition to a Radeon 9800. Does that mean I need 8 perphiral 4 pin power connectors? Or are the case fans all on the same power pin? According to the article...
