Personally I feel that buying foreign oil is just fine. Why should we use our oil when we can use others? Paper is paper and paper is trees, yet oil takes alot longer to grow than trees do.

Actually, it all depends. If you are looking for something that gives you little flexibility and no cgi, geocities and Angelfire are fine. If you want more control, but harder to use, try www.hypermart.net.

I've always heard that it is a b**ch to get perl/cgi to work on Win2k and NT. Also, a good faq and easily navigable site help. I have never had a problem with even 5 megs of space, but slow sites and no bandwith get on your nerves.

Thanks for the help. I am planning on waiting a little while before buying, only have $300 now, I am hoping to save another $100 or two before christmas, then get $300 from parents or so and get a good 17" monitor.
