is it better to try and get a higher fsb/htt for the cpu and lower to a 166 or 133 on the ram and do a 2T timing or run them the same and get a 1T timing currently im doing 11x220 for 2420 w/ a 1T timing of 2-2-2-5, 1.5vcore and 2.85 on ram ram is ocz el plat rev 2 1gb in dual, and mobo is...

well i just figured out some settings to hit 2804! with 267 ddr clock, using the 10% over VID and memory voltage of 2.85 vcore is holding around 1.63, in all my reading i've read never go above 1.65 so seems to be at the very edge of the acceptable range but still in acceptable limits in...

potentially, i dont know enough to know what i might be doing "wrong" right now im just trying to see what the max core speed of this cpu is, i dont intend to run it at the very max, i dont consider it even worth mentioning if i cant boot windows, so that's kind of my litmus test, if i can boot...

thanks, i have an ocz powerstream 470, highest i can get the vcore is 1.55 w/ setting a 5.0% over VID, w/o going in the "red"

right now im trying to see if i can get 2.8. i'm at 2.75 in the bios, but it's rebooting soon as i get to the windows splash screen so im testing different voltages, will post results
