Places to see in Sydney

I just arrived in Sydney and will be be spending the next 4 months studying at Macquarie University. I have read about the many attractions but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations of must see sights, restaurants, bars, etc.

Transferring VHS to DVD

ADS PYRO AV Link I have been using this for a about a year to convert VHS to DVD and it works well. It also comes with Adobe Premiere Elements which is a bonus.

Print Server Troubles

Problem solved. I didnt relieze the sub nets of the router and print server were different. After that it was an easy fix.

Hard Drive Not recognized

The motherboard has been in use for about 3 years. I also think it is a motherboard problem.

I tried a knoppix cd and it recognizes the drive. I still cant figure out why it is not recognized during POST.

I have tried different cables. I cant get the hard drive to be recognized by the secondary ide channel but it does recognize a dvd drive.

The hard drive is still not recognized during POST. I checked the jumpers and cables again and checked under the motherboard and everything was normal no screws or anything that would cause a short.

I tried it with no jumpers on and it did not work. I received the computer from someone and it didn't have any drives or a power supply, and the screws on the motherboard are completely striped and i cant get it out. It was working laying on its side and then I assemble the drive bays and stood...

I had partially assembled pc with the hard drive and optical drive connect out of the case Windows xp just finished installing and every thing worked fine. So I disconnected the power and went to assemble the rest of the case, connected everything the same and now the bios will not recognize...
