Simple RAM problem

...thanks a lot for your responses, but yeah, I answered my own question about 5 minutes after I started the thread. ...Just took a look at the stick, kinda sized it up to the 184 slot and realized that it wouldn't go. I think I kinda jumped the gun on starting this post. Thanks again

According to Valve's hardware survey, most people still use CRT's, Few People Use the X-Fi.

by the way...it might be important to note that the rigs of most gamers are determined by the types of games that they play. ...Once software goes beyond the capabilities of your hardware, you rebuild.(no brainer) ...but if a gamer's computer can play all of the games that they want to play...

I agree with the recommendations...unless you have any particular reason to WANT this processor. If you're intent on staying with Intel, then it's a find processor to build from. If you're just looking for an objective opinion, then I would suggest the AMD A64 X2 3800+ ...Comparable...

disregard w00t's comments for a moment. Using Arctic Silver will void the warranty on your processor. The thermal pad that comes with your P-I-B(Processor in a Box) is ceramic and provides an adequate connection between your Die and the Heatsink. ....You should only apply an aftermarket...

My suggestion isn't on your list, isn't aluminum, has no side window, but should be considered anyway. Take a look at the Antec P180. Awesome case. It's steel, so it's quite a bit heavier than an aluminum case, but the guts of the thing are so friggin beautiful. The ps mounts on the bottom...
