CRT Monitor Buzz

I have 2 17' ibm monitors at work, both have the same problem. A high pitched altough faint squeal. Solved by changing the refresh rate from 85hz to 75hz.

It's a little different in Europe. It is for example considered normal for the government to protect, aid and favor local firms. And local means local to that specific country. And there are 25+ countries. It's hard to say that a firm owns the government, it's more appropriate to say it...
