Quick Roth IRA question...
Does a contribution to a Roth IRA via company retirement plan count in the $5,000/year limit?
So if I have my own personal Roth IRA, would the max contribution I can make be $5,000 minus retirement IRA contribution.
Thanks.
Hey everyone,
I have a 5405 question.... I bought a house in August 2009, and as far as I can see I have the option of amending my 2008 return via 1040x or file the 5405 with the 2009 return.
The issue is that if I file with 2009, my AGI would prevent me from collecting the $8,000 Home...
Did them yesterday... not feeling fresh due to legs/squats the day prior... weak showing on my part, especially the 500 miss...
10x135 5x225 2x315 2x405 1x455 (could not lock out 1x500) 2x405 6x305= 7010

In DR we tipped... just singles for drinks and couple bucks for daily room service (usually we requested more beer/water)...
Good thing is after the first 2 days the bartenders knew us and would serve us first tip or no tip... every couple rounds we'd tip
Good lift... any reason why you're using the sumo stance rather than the typical DL stance (arms outside legs)?
Recently I've been trying to work-in the sumo DL into my routine (I've hit a wall on my DL using the current stance) and arms on inside feels off.
Did DL on Tuesday.
Somewhat easy day... didn't feel like doing the 455 or 495 for a couple.
10*135 + 8*225 + 5*315 + 5*405 + 8*315 + 10 *225 = 11,520
Total: 32,910
Hmm... I DL more than Squat... DL max 500x1 ... my squat max ~375x1 (not sure, havent maxed for a while) ... but the squat I go past parallel and try to go as deep as possible.
