@wluk: it should @ihotdeals: u need to flash ur bios. its probably unable to rec the cpu. get the latest bios, but it on a flash drive (root). connect the flash and turn on ur pc

Yeah, i read it wrong. All fan headers do have speed control, the 4 pin one only has control when a 4 pin fan is used! Sorry about that, my mistake

No, this is not possible as the fan doesnt have the required control wire. I think u can get fanmate from zalman and manually control it's speed.

this cant be done on this motherboard. the reason being that the thermal take fan comes with a 3 pin connector. for fan speed control you need a 4 pin connector which offers fan speed control (like intel's own fan does)
