These guys SUCK big time. I ordered 2 OF THE SAME DRIVE...and got 2 different drives. I had to hassel them and call them back several times to get it resolved. They acted like it was my fault they don't know how to read a fricken' packing slip.

Are you kidding? Sp4 was the first one that did anything worth a darn. It was stable and solid. I see tons of people that stoped at SP4. Now SP5...that was a big steaming pile of dog ##@$@.

EDIT: I remember a post from a while ago that if you call Amazon they can get you the link. You won't find their phone number on their web site...
I had to hook this up for a client.
THey had no PC easily accessable to install the software for setup.
( I was putting in a linksys router)
So I used my laptop.
The setup installed 13 different applications.
I've got a p4 1.6 Ghz laptop. And man did it slow down.
Took forever to uninstall all...
Also I don't think it has the firewire port either.
I saw pictures of the Japanese one and they took out the firewire port.
I'd imagine that they are going to be the same box. (well with differnent power supplies and other country differences)

So Monday I went to 1 BB (there are 3 in my city) and said "HEY I bought this on saturday and its cheaper now."

I can tell you this remanufactured toner cartridges are junk. Coming from someone who fixes printers. You will spent more in maintance then you will save from using them. They leak all the time or if you are lucky explode. All that loose toner causes havok. As well as its not really good for you...
