Check out the 2nd last page.. it mentions an 'orientation sensor' in addition to an accelerometer.. and the output (azimuth, roll etc) seems to be that of a gyroscope...

I think although the MotoG is 64bit capable, it'll run on 32bit Android because... of that darned 1GB RAM model.
