Is it possible to remove the pins from 4-pin and other power connectors?

yeah get real heatshrink, usuall comes in sleeving kits, invest in the tool, it took me like 2hrs just to sleeve one chain with a paperclip, you can use a hot glue gun or hairdryer instead of a specialized heat gun

ive been able to get my stuff like that. i had an XP install with private folders, and i didnt know the password. at all. im not even l337 and i got my stuff back after googling for a while.

Why do you hate the Ultra X-Connect 500W PSU?

they are OK psus i bought one solely for external use (read: not powering a PC) and for $20 you cant turn that down. since it looks good it actually works great sitting on my desk.

there is nothing wrong with buying s939 now... first of all, its going to be a few months before AM2 comes out. when AM2 does come out, CPUs will be mega-expensive for it. and boards will SUCK. and you need DDR2. s939 will still be on top for another 5-6mos, i think. and its not like...

you dont even need to write zeros really, just copy the same thing 10000000000000000 times to fill up the HDD, then format it, the most they willb e able to recover would be that one image

Is it worth it getting a UPS?

yeah, i really want one too, can someone tell me if the power/wattage rating has anything to do with how MUCH can be hooked up? i care absolutely ZERO about how long stuff stays powered after an outage, i just want it to clean the power of my computer, TV, and a couple other things... so do i...
