Hmm, I did find something here: http://www.altap.cz/salam_en/features/queue.html However, it's fairly un-intuitive. Anyone know of any programs similar to that one that work half-decently? What I'm really looking for is a replacement for the cut / paste operation, so that it functions...

If you need something for personal use, I highly recommend SyncBackSE. It's very feature rich and intuitive, but lacks the ability to run as a service.

Does anyone happen to know of a replacment windows (shell/command/whatever) that accomplishes this? https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-quality/2005-August/001548.html I'm rearranging my HDD and it's extremely lame having to wait for it to copy everything.
