I am trying to learn about network forensics. Everywhere I searched were about how to use some tools to scan the network. I was wondering if someone could give me an idea/how to, to create a mini lab that could simulate a server be hacked and I need to go in and conduct network forensics...

Computer start on reboot cycle

My onboard SATA port failed so I was forced to buy a pci SATA card to replace it. However after installation I cannot boot up to XP anymore. It is stuck on a reboot cycle. I will see the Windows XP splash screen then it would reboot. I couldn't even get into safe mode. I am pretty sure it...

No other option other than making it active.. I tried using finaldata to recover my file.. it gave me an error saying format not supported.
