They are the exact same hardware except 3CRSHPW196 is marketed for SOHO which doesn't come with the one year unlimited software upgrades and phone support.
If you want, you can have 3CRSHPW196 "software support" by always grabbing the latest 3CRWE62092A drivers off their website...
The inbuilt WinXP driver for this card does not support XP's wireless zero config. You can utilize this feature by updating to the new NDIS5.1 driver 4.0.4.1 from the 3Com website, also called CD2.03a. I believe the download package comes with a new firmware too.

You might want to try updating your Tnt driver to Detonator3 (or 4) instead of using the Win2k inbuilt driver. Detonator3 driver is available at Nvidia's website.
I know there's an ASUS A7A266, A7M266 and A7V266. Don't get the A7A266 :)
You may want to consider the A7M266 for its stable AMD 761 chipset. Then again, ASUS boards are not too good for overclocking but if you want a stable m/b, this one is for you.
