Seagate HDD failure

I week earlier my boss's hdd (seagate) bit the dust as well. It is luck, I guess my luck is with WD. I was shocked when Newegg was like sure we will issue an RMA, refund you and you can purchase whatever you want. But in terms of data recovery i'm at a loss?

I don't support that at all. I've fixed numerous computers and Dell is the most common. I have no trouble what so ever with the self-built PCs. As long as you do your research, your good to go : ) Then go for the dell : ) Advantage with Dell is there cheap : /

I have a good bit of MP3's and have looked for encoders so I can play my music in the car without buying an MP3 player compatible deck. I found some but they all want money or they infect your computer. Any help is much appreciated, thanks a lot. -anthony
