There are several reasons why not having lutrons is a no go. The biggest for me is how stupid easy setting up 3-way is with a pico remote. Also, not needing a neutral is a big plus as well. Plus since I do have Lutron stuff, the idea of ripping it all out to replace with a z-wave alternative...

So this is what I took from their announcement as well. The big question is, how is this profitable? They don't charge for their service, and they were basically giving the hubs away. I'd imagine most of their profit was from the products they made. Without that, I don't see where they're making...

I picked up one back in January, and sent it back within a week. The only thing I can recommend is to stay away, stay far away from the Pivot Power Genius. The only thing I found it useful for was IFTTT, but we have that with shortcuts now.

Have the same issue here. People are complaining about it on the FB as well. Seems to be Link bulbs only. Support seemed to be clueless about it, but they're informed about it now.

I am shocked. This was a tricky, messy, bad situation, BUT.... Ben and the Wink team has come to the rescue. This was very unfortunate to have happened, but the quick response from Wink is something I never expected. The DNS fix has me up and running, and shockingly everything worked immediately...

You're right. I really am just bitching at this point. To be fair this is a really bad situation, I would be shocked if I got my hub back in less than 7 days. Maybe I just need to get some sleep, but it's almost comical how this past 24 hours has played out.
