Solution for monitor stuck at 1600 x 1200

Yeah, it was totally bizarre. It basically trimmed 160 pixels on both sides of the image. Not sure what flipped that setting, but at least I figured out how to fix it.

I had some weird error happen with my display, a NEC LCD2690WUXi. Windows and ATI Catalyst were set to 1920x1200, but the monitor would only display 1600 pixels wide, instead of 1920 (see screenshot). Somehow the display width got forced to 1600 from 1920. Not sure what caused this, and I...

Using Google Voice over Data/WiFi?

GrooveIP works over wireless. At least on my Thunderbolt with Verizon 3G/4G it does.

I snagged Alien Anthology for $29.99 on Amazon Wednesday; It was their Deal of the Day. Even if I had paid their normal price, all the bonus discs and MU-TH-UR interaction more than make up for A3 & Resurrection.

I gotta agree with Phokus. Daily Roads is a perfect solution for me. I'm planning on using my Thunderbolt with a minimal ROM just for this app (and Torque) once the SGS3 drops. Here's a vid I made today with it. The app only plays back GPS location, speed, time, etc. in it's own viewer...

Remote Desktop Software with Audio

I think TeamViewer will do what you want. If you set up the other PC to host a Meeting with Full Interaction turned on, it will share all audio / video / etc. that goes on. EDIT: Kind of a buried option, so here's how to get to it:

With the 5.1 sound issue, make sure you choose it in the movie setting (Audio & Subtitles). I don't know why, but 5.1 isn't the default. I've also found that some TV episodes only certain seasons are in 5.1. Some play stereo even though 5.1 is chosen. EDIT: Goes without saying, but make...
