I am sorry about the link. But i was able to fix my motherboard. What i did was take out the motherboard battery and started the computer without the battery. It gave me a checksum error and then it posted and went into windows. after this the motherboard adjusted the settings automatically...
Look at the two Blue connectors at the bottom. I am missing the bottom left one. If i replace it, will it be fixed
I tried resetting cmos .....took out memory hd, video card, I even changed the processor from qx9650 to e6300. Bios is 2007 version but nothing.

I tried one more time to go with multi 10 and it still didn't work. So i downed the fsb to 1560 but it still didn't work (same result 2.66ghz) Then i just lowered it to 1550 and it booted up fine to 3.8ghz. I am going to run some stability tests now and leave it overnight. thanks jaredpace And...
Everytime i try to go with the 10 multiplier it doesn't even overclock.....the computer automatically sets my fsb to 1066 so i get 2.66ghz instead of 1600 which would give me 4.0ghz. I don't know why but it does that.
I will not waste your time and get to the point. My qx9650 just won't get stable at 4.0ghz

qx9650 running at 4.0 at 9 multiplier 444 MHz bus 1777 fsb
cpu-z says 1.432 V core voltage but its about 1.4500 in...
Thank you all so much for the help. I looked at all the links sent to me and messed around with the multiplier and and fsb and now i am stable at 4.0ghz with a vcore of 1.35. Thanks again :)

It seems stable but after about 2 hours of 100% stress from chess software (rybka 3) it gives me errors and all my windows opened close automatically.
my cpu-z shows a 1.360 volts core voltage but in my bios i have 1.4000 cpu...
