i tried lots of different combinations and always as soon as i plug in the power cable the PC powers up on its own without me pressing the button!?!

Hey, i just bought a ConRoe865PE and tried to put it in my Case but the wires that connect the front panel dont match whats on the board. At the moment on the Case i have: Power SW which is double Power Led which is single Reset SW which is double Ground which is single HDD Led...

what gets me is why does the DVD not get any power after i plug in the data cable....there must be a very clear reason for this, it really weird

everything is brand new apart from the DVD and no it doesnt beep no noise at all all the fans are on you can see there is power to the graphix card and the sound card and thats about it.... replacing parts is a good idea but my other graphix card is an AGP so a no go and my other proc is...

Does someone know what happens if the BIOS is not up-to date to support my processor....does the PC start at all or??? I have P5W PH delux mobo and x6800 and the mobo says it is ready for my processor but when i power up the fans come on and thats about it nothing comes up on the screen...
