Black and Decker actually acquired DeWalt. Black and Decker tools aren't bad for their price. The main difference between DeWalt tools and B&D is DW is designed for heavier usage. But for normal household purposes, this B&D set is a pretty good deal.

Alpine AMFMCD for car 179.90

It's about $20-30 cheaper than most other places have it for. For people who don't like listening to MP3's in their car like me, it's an awesome head unit. The motorized face place is pretty nifty too. I had the 7864 for a few years and have no complaints.
