my Asrock 775Dual VSTA is As Rock Stable hehehehe not overclocked :) just PD 805. 1GB PC3200. 2.10 all the way. unless new bios promise better performace/feature

yap.. it getting worse and worse .. not feature upgrade but.. downgrade.. what a shame.. stick to 2.10 .. as 2.20 onward provide NO automatic fan speed feature.. :(

hmm.. anyone using bios 2.20.. i wonder, if your cpu fan ever slowdown when cool? when i flash to 2.20.. the CPU fan wont slowdown.. revert back to 2.10 it work fine, only full speed at >46c.. and low speed <45... about the PC2100 .. yes you can use PC 2100 .. if not why it listed on the bios...

hmm.. after updating to 2.20. my CPU fan seem won't slow down, (i have enable cpu quiet, 45c threshold) now. eventhough the cpu is already 42c, the fan keep rotating at 2800-2900rpm (stock intel), before it was already slowed down at 1200rpm. will testing it for another day, if still the...

mine don't have problems with 2.10 idle temp still the same 41c (805D) but havent try any 3D games yet. (not a gamer) :P

good for you.. flashed to 2.10 last night. no performace different.. benchmark with everest only gave me 1-2MB boost on Memory Read/Write (very not significant.) hehehe FWIW its good to have a BIOS update.

the display of CPU Multiplier (grey out) and the "Found new hardware Realtek High Definition Audio " both are already introduced in BIOS 1.90. i think maybe they already release ver 2.00 internally, but found some bug, and fixed in this release (2.10) i havent test the 2.10 yet. wonder...

i have a question does this NB (PT880U/P) need good cooling or not, i add a smal fan on top of the asrock stock NB HS, actually in software monitoring in MB temprature, what temp does they read? i have 35-36C on MB temp, is it the NB temp?

hmm thanks for the notice :) oh .. i have some information (dont know whether useful or not) first time my board arrive.. i installed all my component.. fire up.. no booting.. just blank screen.. fan running, all running.. but no display or beep at all.. getting frustated.. but...

hmm.. in my PC.. that setting doesnt make any performance boost.. i'm using DDR PC2700 Micron (from HP pc) using all highest seting, 1T but i dont get performance boost in Sandra or any benchmark software i'm using PD805 (stock speed, stock cooling) idle 41C load 53C ambient 25-26C
