Baffling DMA problem

FIXED!!!!!!!!!!! yea i tried aspi drivers as many flavors as i could find it was the power supply i disconnected a different drive and it works fine i guess one drive has gotta go thanks anyways

Baffling DMA problem

The problem is with a new optorite dd0201 dvdr burner- whenever i enable dma, it fails to read anything from the drive. Any disc put in will come up as ethier empty or as if there is nothing inserted. The drive works 100% perfect in PIO mode in this computer. When i put this in another computer...

the reason xbox is more like a pc is because it uses almost the same components we have in our comps when the other consoles use specially designed stuff you wont find in a pc

use force aspi it fixes all burner problems in win2 newer versions of nero should work anyways though so try a new version

logging in as admin makes some extra things load that you probably wont be using like user managing and junk

wierd win2k problem

well the icon isnt really doing anything ill double click it and no window will pop up but if i hold my mouse over it it expands fine and all its just not opening a folder window
