Asus z68 v pro or Giga xp-ud3h b3

Going to microcenter today for a 2500k + z68 motherboard combo deal. Choices are gigabyte XP ud3h b3 or Asus z68 v pro. This will be a liquid cooled overclocked gaming rig with 2 6950's and 8g 1600 g.skill. I'd rather get the ud4 but they sold out so these are my choices. What do you guys think?

Problem with new display

I just got a Vizio SV370XVT 37" 120hz LCD TV. I have it hooked up to my PC with a DVI to HDMI cable from my 8800GTS 512. The problem I'm having is that I cannot set my display settings to 120hz. The max it offers is 60hz. This is through the NVIDIA Control Panel. Is there any way to set my PC...

8400 to 4gz?

Just wondering if anyone here has gotten an 8400 to 4gz and what your specs were. Im waiting on mine to get here and plan to OC it to 4gz, i'll be using the Gigabyte GA p35 motherboard with 2x2gb g.skill ddr2 1000. I currently have the zalman 9500 or 9700..(can't remember i got it so long ago)...

Perfectly normal CPU just up and croaks??

I had a tech come out and look at it, it seems that the motherboard was fried during the power surge :(

Yeah, i've already cleared the cmos and it did not help the situation. As for the winxp boot floppy, i don't have one. My windows was an oem cd.

Wow, i just tried swapping out hard drives. Put my slave drive into sata1 and removed the old master...and not a damn thing changed. It still just goes the same blank screen after bios and post messages. The windows CD still won't boot...I don't know what else to do.

Yeah man, i've gone through the bios and looked at everything, and it all seems to be just like it should be, i've even tried changing some things around in the bios, but it didn't work. Although I did find out what might of caused this mishap....While I was gone from my house, there was a power...

Yeah, i've tried that alraedy...put the windows cd in and booted it up and it won't autorun it...I can't even get it to run in safe mode, wtf. So, i'm thinking the hard drive failed, its a WD raptor 74gig. I'm going to try and remove it, and load windows on my slave drive, see if that works...

Ok, i have a custom computer that i built not too long ago that has been working perfectly. This morning the computer was working, i left it on while i left the house, came back to the house like 6 hours later and the computer was turned off. So i turn it back on and it goes through the bios...
