Yea, I know its not the ideal way, but its the simplest and cheapest. I may get a router if I decide to hook up one more PC, but for now this will have to do.

I have my PC connected to cable internet and to one more PC at home and naturely I'd like that other PC to connect to the internet through mine, but first I need to get both connections (LAN and Internet) to work, which they do, but only when the other one is disconneted so I have a choice of...

If you read the FX-55/A64 4000+ review on AT, you will find that Dual channel can have huge impact in some cases. Maybe this is one of them.

To test this out we would need someone with a S939 to try it out. Hell I even think this issue is worth a full investigation. Can somebody alert AT staff about this so that maybe they can do an all out test???

Time for another update: Both video DVD-R and video DVD+R that didn't work in SONY DVD player worked fine in a newer Elta DVD Player. But what bothers me is that when I recorded a DivX film (700MB) on a CDR it took a whole 7 minutes to complete and another 5 to check. This is very slow. I used...

OK let me continue my monologue: I installed both drives and both seem to work just fine. So far I have burnt 2 Verbatim DVD+R 4x, and 1 MMORE DVD-R 4x all at 4x speed. One was data DVD, and the other two were video DVDs (one + and one -). All work fine in the LG, but none of the videoDVDs work...

Well since this seems to be such a rare drive I decided I'll be buying two of them. And so I did, one for me and one for a friend. Haven't instaled it yet, but I plan to do so in about 14 hours from now. Still need to get some empty DVD-+R disks to try it with too, so I'll report what happens...

asus a7m266 athlon 1600xp 47C with arctic silver 2 and volcano 6cu

I also have a 1600+ Athlon XP procesor and tha same HSF and Idle tems are almost exactly the same with an open case. Under load the temp goes up to 53C, and even to 58 if the case is closed.
