Click on cell E9. A black border surrounds the cells and there is a small black box in the lower right corner. Click and hold on the lower right corner and drag it down as far as you want. Double click here will copy down automatically if there is something in the left column. Copy & paste...

Need help with Excel Macro

You don't really need a macro for that. Use the worksheet function LEFT. It would look something like =LEFT(<cell with the full ID>, 17). Or if you don't want the ; at the start, =MID(<cell with the full ID>,2,16). VBA has the same functions if you want to do it with a macro.

So my friend doesnt remember his password login for XP...

At the login screen hit ctrl+alt+del twice. This will bring up a login screen where you can type in a name. Try Administrator with no password. I can't remember if this actually works but I think Windows makes a default account called Administrator and most forget to set the passwaord.

What MMORPG is the easiest to "get into" and easy to learn?

City of Heroes is easy to learn and is fun from the start. Nothing like Morrowind (my all time favorite) but still a great game. Some people get bored with the game quickly but I'm still having a great time at level 30 and I see myself subscribing for several months to come.

Best video viewing software?

I like Zoom Player Pro + ffdshow. Plays everything, tons of options, and movies look better than on any other player I've used. Don't know about hardware acceleration but even if it had it, I think it would have to be turned off to use many of ffdshows features.

anyone have experiance with 'vocal removal software'?

I have tried removing vocals from several songs using Audacity. I forget the exact process but basically you invert one of the channels so that anything that is directly centered will be canceled out. Results were mixed. It always removed the vocals but sometimes removed to much of the other...

blury pictures from 3 meg camera

3 mp is about the minimum size for a 8x11. I had a 2.1 a few years back and the picture looked ok at that size but were obiviously pushing the limit. If it looks sharp full screen on the monitor then it is the printer. If it is blurry on the monitor then something is up with the camera...
