About 30-40 feet away, 2 rooms away diagonally. The other tripper is much closer so maybe it has to do with the distance.

So today my tripper notification was over 1 hour late. I checked the status and sure enough the battery is showing low. This tripper is on the garage door where temps are colder so maybe that's the problem. Absolute garbage product. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone in a million years...

That's a great example of how clueless Quirky is. I don't have an activity log for trippers on iOS and you have a basically worthless activity log. It should say opened or closed obviously. Ridiculous.

Battery life has been fine for me but I don't have ANY activity log for the sensors. Are you seeing activity log data for your trippers? Maybe we have different versions. I'm using 2.3.021 IOS app.

Click on the users who left 5 star reviews and tell me those aren't paid shills that Quirky paid off via 'marketing' efforts. Otherwise they would have WAY lower than 3 stars.

For every person posting a complaint on this thread I'm sure there are plenty more not bothering but also have complaints. There are things with Wink that are so ridiculously missing or working sporadically that I imagine there is a serious issue with management having development work on this...

Completely agree. Very unprofessional overall. For 99 cents for the hub it was fun to play with but there are so many issues it's beyond ridiculous. I waited at least 30 minutes per call. They had me do so many deletions, repairings etc I couldn't believe it. Solved absolutely nothing. Maybe...

Tripper doesn't have any activity log and the timestamp of last status is inaccurate most of the time.

With Tripper you can set the 'type': Door, Window, Cabinet, Patio Door These are the names displayed on the main sensor page, not what you named it so it's confusing. I'm using this for a garage door so that should be an option but they should display the name you give it on the sensor page...

Tripper is working but I set up 2 robots for open and closed and only get notifications when it's opened. Nothing received when closed. Anyone notice this problem? Also, activity log doesn't show anything. It does show the current state, and last change time but I'd like a log of status changes.
