I'm looking to upgrade from my stock HSF and I have a budget of $20 from newegg. Does anybody know of any good $20ish HSFs from NewEggs? Thanks.

XP Pro Laggy?

Right now, I have a 6600LE (eVGA) and it's completely stock). The stripped OS im running is called "Vertigo". I own an XP license so I guess it sort of cancels out? Heh Edit: Hrmm, crap. Now that I think of it, I haven't installed the video drivers :o That's probably this is happening, right?

Hey, I just got my new rig up and running, and I'm basically running a "stripped" version of XP. Well, one thing that really has started to get me a little pissed is that ever since I installed XP, moving the scroll bar results in pages loading in "bits and pieces". It's almost like IE is...

Hey, I decided to venture into OCing last night and here are my results. I have a 3700+ (2.2) and 1.5 gb. It has an 11x mult. and 245htt, running @ 2.75 ghz. It's 30C idle, 40C under 100% load. Has stock cooling + AS5. I'm not really sure how to go about doing anything with my RAM. Any...

Best s939 heatsink for ~$20?

Hey, I just started OCing my 3700+ and I'd like to keep it nice and cool. I've got 3 case fans running atm but I don't think stock cooling is efficient. What fan/heatsink would you reccomend from NewEgg for about ~$20? I'm willing to spend up to $25. Thanks!

Why does 64bit > 32 bit?

Why are 64bit processors so good over 32bit processors? What are the differences? I have a x64 CPU but I'm running a 32bit OS at the moment. What would I get out of switching to a x64 os?
