MSI Website Down????

Damn just when I need tech support to. Anyone else had problems getting the onboard sound to work? Not a driver issue, its a problem with the BIOS enabling it. Doesnt show up in Windows and cant install the VIA drivers if its not enabled.

Is Celeron 800 any good for playing 3d games?

The CII 800 does run on 100MHZ bus (non-overclocked) :)

I would wait until the middle of next week when Intel cuts thier prices, then you could pick up an 800 CPU for less than $125.

Inacessible Boot Device in Win2k

It is probably an issue with the boot.ini file in the system partition of the hard drive (Winodws NT and 2000 only). The boot.ini tells the computer where the OS files are located on the hard drive. It has to be set to the correct drive 0,1,2... and the correct partition on that drive 0,1,2...

Bug in the Abit SA6R...

With all that I have read I think they will issue a BIOS update to correct those problems as well as some of the features that were in older versions of the Soft Menu II.

I currently have a Abit bx6 rev.1 mb with a Celery 400 . I am looking to get a faster processor ..

Liquidity You have to look in the BIOS upgrades section, it says with the latest upgrade the newer processors it supports. I think you were looking at the original release specs.

Max Voltage on SA6R??? Please Help!!!!!!

I have an Abit SA6R MB and can only get the max core voltage upto 1.75v but everything I have read said it will go to 1.9v. Does anyone know how to get it there??? Thanks.

Need good dual slot1 processor MB.........

As long as I can run my Celeron 300a's at 450 it doesnt matter, I had to run them @2.2v to get them stable on an Abit BX6 MB so....
