Monitor Acting Screwy

Warranty expired about a month and a half ago. Tried resetting, trying powering it down for a little while now and seeing if it clears itself up (tough chance) My next thing to try will probably be a sledge hammer. Well, she has been wanting an LCD monitor, so I guess she has an excuse now.

I just feel that they would think of a reason. Imagine that you are the HR manager, and you see an employee that came in for two days, whose paperwork is not even in to corporate yet and suddenly *boom* accident. I mean hells, it looks suspicious to me, and I was involved.

There was an event at the community room, and the elderly woman was a tenant that was there for the event. The manager was there and saw the whole thing and once she saw the tenant was okay she was laughing her ass off until she saw that I was hurt. I imagine that it did look extermely funny...

Up To 90% primarially based on claims history. Of course, I could be wrong regarding the insuring agency, I am only studying consumer law, not practicing it. I will have to ask my professor to verify the insuring agency.

Actually the alloted time of recourse to sue by a creditor vaires per state. Most credit accounts fall under open accounts. Open Accounts vary per state ranging from three to ten years, with Rhode Island being ten.

Legally, no. Seven years is the max for credit history reporting except bankruptcy. If it shows up again, then the supplier has knowingly violated the fair credit reporting act.

No, I am not implying that, I am stating that. Credit Cards and lines of credit are FDIC insured for up to 90% of debt face value. You default, the creditor still gets most of their money. In the case of cash, that is an exception. In the case of products, the retailer gets the item...
