Thanks for all the advice. I went ahead and ordered an xp333-R from webuildpcs.com today they said it was rev 2.1 hope im not dissapointed. thanks again

Installed MC462: 800Bird will not run at 10x100 now?!

I kinda had the same problem and I noticed If I tighten the screws a little more It worked. make sure not to tighten to much for fear of crushing the core

how high will the 1.33 go?

I just ordered the 1.33ghz "c" athlon they said they are backordered for a couple weeks so im hoping the SWIFTECH mc462-a will bring that temp down and I will be able to get this cpu to at least 1.6GHZ!!!!

they also said the temp was about 60c which to me is way tooo high so if they got that down im sure it would hope it would go further. remember "ITS THE HEAT THAT KILLS"

I have just found out last night by using this trick to get liveware installed. and now all of my ultra dma has been disabled and cannot enabled it could anyone give me some tips on this.
