Old tech - suggestions

I'm cleaning my home office and coming across tons of old tech. 4 laptops w/docking stations, diamond rio, printers, tons of old cell phones, Lcd monitors requiring $13 part to work, original iPod, etc.... Any suggestions on where to look to offer these up? I hate to see them in a land fill...

I bought and received this switch. But now confused. I have a 5 port wireless router in my basement. All 5 ports are used. I bought this Trend switch for my bedroom office upstairs. I intended to plug the ethernet cable from my basement router into this trend switch in my upstairs office...

Best cartridge thingie for running homebrew in the DS?

I'm also looking to buy a card for my DS and have gravitated towards TTDS cards for ~$8. Played on one before and instructions read drag and drop. Anyone have a good tip for where to buy cheap Sandisk SDHC 4gb cards? I'm assuming I'll need a USB SDHC read/writer as well as SDHC doesn't work...

Cannon Digital Rebel Lens Help

Thanks for the replies to date. I see the 70-300 IS has a few models out there by Cannon. One is a 70-300 DO IS. Which model is the one being recommended? I found the 70-300 IS (MFG Part #: 0345B002) for $519 shipped. But now uncertain I have the right model being recommended. Guidance is...

Cannon Digital Rebel Lens Help

I have a Cannon Digital Rebel EOS model number DS6041. I've had this camera for ~2years and still consider myself an amatuer. I am using the standard lens that came with the Rebel EFS 18-55mm. Ive been taking pictures of my 6 & 7 year olds doing competitive cheer and it's just too far away...

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry I try to play techy but I'm only surface layer. Tech wannabe. Untech interpretation: If I buy the Kingston there is a good chance my motherboard won't accept it as it doesn't pair well with the RAM already in my system. So, I should either buy a compatible RAM...
