I uploaded the settings I use to Mediafire. Download that and import it to your Handbrake presets. Try that and see if it works.

Another way is to list all the movies in the drive using the "dir *.avi /s" command and "cd" into the folder that contain the video you're looking for. You could do the same for pictures.

Can I open a folder in XP from a shortcut with Folders showing?

The only thing I can think of is using a batch file to call file explorer with the command line parameter to select the folder you want. Something like, explorer.exe /e,/select,"c:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"

Any way to tell what process is regularly slowing me down?

Are you loading webpages with flash by any chance? Try disabling hardware acceleration for flash contents. I experienced similar symptoms with my laptop and disabling hardware acceleration fixed it for me. Best of luck to ya.

LoL. Love the advice. Might as well tell him to go learn perl also. :D I think he wants something simple that can be done in a couple of mouse clicks. To the OP, your best bet is to find a file renamer that supports regular expression. Regular expression or regex is a way to match strings...

That's what I also want to know. But it sounds too good to be true. If that were the case D2D would lose a fair share of the sales due to people using that feature to resell their games I would imagine. That's the main reason why Steam and other online services wont let you "gift" your games...
