Cpu-world.com says that the Haswell Xeons (specifically E3 1245v3 in my case) dont support FMA3 or F16C instructions while the 4770 does. But I can't find this anywhere else that says this.

I've played Ascendancy (PC) at least a few times a year since it came out in 1996. It's a 4G strategy game by the Logic Factory. Since I've switched to XP x64, I have to emulate it using DOS Box because it's got 16-bit code in it somewhere. Too bad Dos-Box is such a resource whore.

VIA, and ATi are working on PCI-E solutions for the AMD64 platform. I think you might be able to preorder some of the ATI chipsets, but I have not seen anything about the VIA PCI-E boads out side of previews.
