Well, I just finished updating bios driver. Onboard sound doesn't work now but that is so minor compared to an increase in system stability. when everything is worked out tonight and I have joined a team I will let you guys know.
okay typed in a7n8x deluxe (my mobo) and got the right driver and got it loaded up through the asus update on the desktop. Thank you for your help all. Hopefully the computer should be a lot more stable now. If only the onboard sound would work now :-)
okay I know what I did wrong now. I don't know how but I am a serious dumbass sometimes. I downloaded and attempted to load the wrong bios. 1010b is not for an a7n8x deluxe 2.0. Therefore I have messed something up in the bios and this is why my system is so unstable even though my cpu temps...
uh, I am really a n00b here so this may seem dumb but I am not sure. I checked asus probe and checked it out, this is what it told me

I reinstalled UD again last night and joined Team Anandtech only to have my CPU crash when the program starts running. Uninstall the program and no crashes.
