xtknight what 22" monitor do you recommend for a $270 budget, I want to game(Age of Conan) and watch HD movies using it(off of PC). The cheaper the better, allows me to put more money into performance parts for my PC. HDCP isn't important.

Problems connecting to internet/router

I have comcast home networking, with a linksys all in one cable modem and router, my entire network is wired and all but one of my computers can connect to the internet. I have called comcast and they came to the conclusion I need to reinstall my ethernet card(I told them I had on-board ethernet...

LCD Buyer's Guide

xtknight, I'm looking for an LCD for about $350> to use for web browsing/movies/little gaming, which would you pick LG Flatron L204WT, SyncMaster 205BW, or AL2216WBD, 1680x1050. Bigger for me is preferred but my biggest concerns are backlight bleeding and dead pixels.

Actually after looking into the Gateway people complain an awful lot about back light bleeding, and that is a problem for me. Sorry for the triple post, these forums are way different than what I am used to, mods please delete the blank reply.

That is pretty nice, but how would the picture quality on it compare to something like the Acer AL2216WBD, or the LG Flatron L204WT? With the Faroudja DCDi I'm sure it works great with analog and SD signals.

Finally want to switch to LCD, $350~

I've decided I want to spend what money I have on an LCD, preferably 22inch(though I can settle for smaller)it will be used for movies, web browsing, and the occasional game. I am completely lost and I am coming from a Samsung 19" 997DF, does anyone have any 20-22inch widscreen monitor...
