Um not really, this is a totally clean system with sp3 installed. There were no other applications running in the background when I started the update, only Internet Explorer.
Are you connected via DVI or Analog interface when you say you didn't experience any ghosting? And which game were you playing to test? Any other opinions on this? I'd rather not open up the LCD and find out it has ghosting issues (even minor), and sell it instead while it's new in box. Thanks...

By "Data Cd," I think you're referring to packet writing such as DirectCD where you must format the cd first before drag-n-dropping files onto the cd.
What types of cd is he burning? (Data, audio, mixed-mode, cd-extra) What type of media is he using? (Brand...cdr...cdrw) What drive did he use to make the cd and what drive was he using as the reader? A little more information and maybe we can find out what's going on.
