Notebook battery draining when it shouldn't?

Yeah, That's what I'm doing but would still like to know why something like this would occur.

Notebook battery draining when it shouldn't?

When I use my notebook computer with my car power adapter it drains the battery completely before switching over to the AC power. When I use the regular power adapter in the house it only uses AC power and does not drain the battery unless I unplug the power adapter from it. Any idea why my car...

Installing xp on Sata drive with pci controller. Doable?

I would like to add a sata drive to my system. I will still have a regular ide hooked up for storage. Will I be able to intall my XP OS on the sata drive?

KT3 Ultra Random crashes with 1024MB Memory

Thanks sandorski perhaps that is what I'll do. Sure beats having to rebuild the pc and reformat etc.. :)

KT3 Ultra Random crashes with 1024MB Memory

I checked the manual and there is no ECC requirement. Also tried 2.6V - 2.8V for vdimm but it didn't help. It crashed on each setting. I'm thinking it's time for a new motherboard unless there is something else I can try? This is a really frustrating problem. Thanks :)

Thanks AndyHui, I haven't tried that. It's set at auto now. What would be a safe value or should I just start at the first vaule and work my way up and observe the results? Thanks again.
