The binds are "fixed" so you can't change it. I managed to do it by editing the preference file using a hex editor lol, as per instructions found on the net.

Almost certainly. Other Bliz games are already available for purchase as digital downloads through the Battlenet site. The only question is whether they'll do so at launch. This might've been answered somewhere, but I don't know of it yet.
